Who
Mould-H7 s.r.l. is a company focused on the design and manufacturing of injection moulding tools for all application (Automotive, Medical, Lighting, Home&Garden, Packaging the most important).
Mould-H7 started at the beginning of June 2013.
People
The Ownership is made by the following people:
Mr. Luca Bin, senior tool engineer, who is focused on the tools calculation and design, responsible for all tool concept. He is the reference person for the whole technical production flow, starting from the design until the last steps of tool production.
Ms. Sonia Buosi, who is focused on acquisition of new customers and development of existing ones, and support the whole tool process being project manager from the quotation stage until the final tool release.
Both have previous experiences in toolshops, where they built up their knowledge and background.
The Team
Actually the Team is made by 26 people:
- 7 tool designers -> 5 with more then 20 years of experience in tool design
- 3 cam designer
- 7 milling machine operators (5 of them able to prepare Cam programs too)
- 1 tool maker
- 1 operator for the erosion dept.
- 1 operator for the grinding machines and lathe
- 1 welding operator
- 2 sales/ project manager
- 1 person in purchasing dept.
- 1 person in accounting dept.
- 1 person in the injection moulding dept.
