Thank to its own full equipped internal toolshop, Mould-H7 s.r.l. is able to give to the customer a wide range of tools – 1K and 2K – going from the smallest to the biggest. Max tool weight: 20 Ton.

Our Team of tool engineers is made of 7 senior designer, all with lot of experience in developing high quality injection moulding tools, using several type of steel, aluminium, material with high thermal conductivity, all different polymers for different applications.
They normally cooperate with customer in finding always the best solution to have a high performance tool, robust and easy to be maintained during production at the same time.

Involving the tool maker in the project from the very beginning of product development is the real key for a high performance result.
Tool maker, tool engineer, process expert, together with customer, can make the difference and bring several advantages into the project.
Their cooperation in the early stage allows to detect in advance potential issues that can occur during serial production.

Injection Moulding trial center
At Mould-H7, we complete our offer with our injection moulding trial center service.
It is equipped with three injection moulding machines, with clamping force 150Ton, 350Ton (2K), 700Ton.
We test the tools we build for our customer, but we also offer the service to third companies, that need a professional support to complete their service to customer.
